ECG acquisition designs use the MAX30003CTI+ as an analog front end between electrodes and the rest of the system. This ADI/Maxim device comes in a QFN package whose footprint includes an exposed pad. Its downloadable KiCad symbol has 29 pins, paired with the 29-pad QFN-28_L5.0-W5.0-P0.50-TL-EP3.3 footprint and a 3D model. The pad count accounts for the exposed pad as well as the package contacts, so check its connection during schematic and layout review.
