CP2102 is part of the familiar USB-to-UART bridge family used to connect asynchronous serial interfaces with USB hosts. This specific imported asset is unusual: it contains a one-pin symbol and the FL_001 surface-mount footprint with a single pad, rather than a conventional full-device land pattern.
