ST's LIS2DW12TR is a surface-mount MEMS accelerometer used to sense motion and orientation in embedded products. The downloadable library contains a 12-pin schematic symbol, the 12-pad LGA-12_L2.0-W2.0-P0.50-BL footprint, and a 3D model for checking placement in the assembly. Its compact LGA format suits designs where the sensing device must sit directly on the PCB with a small board footprint.
