Acceleration and angular motion sensing are combined in ST's ASM330LHHTR, an inertial sensor used in motion measurement and vehicle sensing applications. Its accelerometer and gyroscope functions share a surface-mount LGA package, so package orientation deserves attention during board placement. The downloadable KiCad library supplies a 14-pin schematic symbol together with footprint LGA-14L_L3.0-W2.5-P0.50-TL, which contains 14 pads. A 3D model is also included in the free files for inspecting the sensor's placement within the board assembly.
