SR2100

by DIYI(迪一/芯诺)

Schottky rectification is the role of DIYI's SR2100, an axial through-hole diode used in power conversion and freewheeling paths. The Schottky family is commonly chosen for its forward-drop and switching behavior, while this DO-15 implementation provides an axial lead arrangement for through-hole assembly. Layout uses the DO-15_BD3.1-L6.7-P10.70-D0.9-RD footprint with 2 pads, paired with a 2-pin KiCad symbol. Both are included in the free downloadable files, together with a 3D model showing the diode in the board assembly. Their source was a real ProtoFlow import, converted and checked in the editor. Open the SR2100 directly in ProtoFlow for schematic and PCB placement.
