Toshiba's TBD62003AFWG is a DMOS transistor array used to drive external loads from control logic, including relay and indicator circuits. It groups load-driving functions into a surface-mount SOP-16 package, making it useful where a controller needs an interface to multiple outputs. The free KiCad download contains a 16-pin schematic symbol, the SOP-16_L10.0-W3.9-P1.27-LS6.0-BL footprint with 16 pads, and an included 3D model for viewing the placed component in the board assembly.
