UM981
UM981 is a GNSS receiver module for positioning and navigation hardware. Its surface-mount LCC/LGA package connects to the board through a 102-pad land pattern, making the module footprint a central part of PCB integration. The free KiCad files include a 102-pin schematic symbol, the LCC-LGA-102_L22.0-W17.0_FM660 footprint with 102 pads, and a 3D model for inspecting the package in the board assembly.
