Battery protection circuits commonly use the FS8205A family as a dual N-channel MOSFET switching element, with a separate controller determining when current paths should be enabled. Combining the switching devices in one package is useful where the circuit needs a compact MOSFET pair. This FUXINSEMI part uses a surface-mount SOT-23-6 package.
