For logic that needs to retain a state between clock edges, onsemi's 74LCX74MTC provides two D-type flip-flops in one device. The family uses positive-edge clocking and independent preset and clear inputs, useful for registers, control logic and defined startup states. This surface-mount version is represented by a 14-pin KiCad symbol and the TSSOP-14_L5.0-W4.4-P0.65-LS6.5-BL footprint with 14 pads.
