Built for compact discrete analog stages, onsemi's MMBFJ201 is a surface-mount JFET in a three-lead SOT-23 package. Designers use this transistor family in analog switching, current-control, and signal-conditioning circuits. The library set includes a three-pin schematic symbol, the three-pad SOT-23-3_L2.9-W1.3-P1.90-LS2.4-BR footprint, and a fitted 3D model for visual and mechanical checks.
