BSS138 is an onsemi N-channel MOSFET often found in small-signal switching circuits and bidirectional logic-level translators. The three-terminal device fits a SOT-23-3 surface-mount package, making it useful where a discrete switching element needs little board space. Its downloadable KiCad assets include the three-pin symbol and SOT-23-3_L2.9-W1.6-P1.90-LS2.8-BR footprint, which has three pads. A 3D model accompanies these free files for board assembly review.
