Digitizing analog signals is the role of the AD9648BCPZ-105, an Analog Devices ADC used in acquisition and measurement signal chains. Its surface-mount LFCSP package brings the analog and digital connections into a footprint with an exposed pad. For schematic capture and PCB placement, the free KiCad download includes a 65-pin symbol and the 65-pad LFCSP-64_L9.0-W9.0-P0.50-TL-EP6.2 footprint. An accompanying 3D model supports inspection of the package within the assembled board. These assets were converted from a real ProtoFlow import and checked in the editor.
