ADI's LT3042EDD#PBF is a low-noise linear regulator for a regulated supply rail. Its DFN footprint includes an exposed pad, which is represented separately in the library data: the symbol has 11 pins and the footprint has 11 pads despite the DFN-10 package label. The free KiCad files include that symbol, the DFN-10_L3.0-W3.0-P0.50-BL-EP footprint, and a 3D model. This conversion was used by 1 ProtoFlow engineer in a real design.
