The ZLG EPORT-G import uses a through-hole RJ45 footprint for a board interface. Its KiCad symbol contains 21 pins, while the RJ45-TH_EPORT-M footprint contains 23 pads. That difference matters when reviewing how the schematic connections correspond to the physical land pattern. The free download supplies both library files and a 3D model for viewing the part on the assembled board. The conversion has been used by 1 ProtoFlow engineer in a real design, providing a usage check for this imported item. EPORT-G can also be opened directly in ProtoFlow.
