MOC3023M is an onsemi optically isolated triac driver for coupling low-voltage control circuitry to triac-based AC load switching stages. Its random-phase behavior suits applications where switching is not restricted to a zero crossing, while optical isolation separates the control and load-side interfaces. The KiCad bundle supplies a 6-pin symbol, the six-pad DIP-6_L8.8-W6.4-P2.54-LS7.6-BL through-hole footprint, and a corresponding 3D model.
