Built for sequential logic, the TI CD4013BE contains dual D-type flip-flops that can serve in state storage, toggling, counters, and frequency-divider circuits. The through-hole DIP form is convenient for socketed builds, laboratory prototypes, and conventional leaded PCB assembly. Its downloadable library package combines a 14-pin schematic symbol with the DIP-14_L19.2-W6.6-P2.54-LS10.9-BL footprint, which has 14 pads, plus a 3D model for mechanical visualization. This conversion has already been used by 2 ProtoFlow engineers in real designs after library import and review. The complete component may be opened directly in ProtoFlow.
