HIR204C
by EVERLIGHT(亿光)
HIR204C is an EVERLIGHT infrared LED used to emit light for optical signaling and sensing arrangements. Its through-hole construction makes lead placement and the emitter's physical position relevant when aligning it with a receiver or enclosure opening. The supplied library assets contain a 2-pin KiCad symbol and the LED-TH_BD4.2-P2.54-FD footprint, which has 2 pads. An included 3D model supports inspection of the emitter's position in the PCB assembly. In real designs, 4 ProtoFlow engineers have used this conversion, providing practical verification of the imported files. The LED's symbol, footprint and model can be opened directly in ProtoFlow.
