BC327

The BC327 is a PNP bipolar transistor used in discrete switching and amplification circuits. This CJ version uses a through-hole TO-92-3 package, so its board layout differs from surface-mount transistor alternatives. The KiCad download supplies a three-pin symbol, the TO-92-3_L4.8-W3.7-P1.27-L-1 footprint with three pads, and a 3D model. Lead assignment matters for a transistor: check the selected device’s pinout against the symbol and board connections during schematic and layout review. The files originate from a real ProtoFlow import that was converted and checked in the editor. The BC327 can be opened directly in ProtoFlow.
