The 0451010.MRL from Littelfuse is a surface-mount fuse used in a circuit protection path. It is a two-terminal part, so the KiCad symbol has two pins and the footprint has two pads. The download includes that symbol, the FUSE-SMD_L6.1-W2.7 footprint, and a 3D model to help inspect its position on the board. Its source was a real ProtoFlow import; the resulting KiCad files were converted and checked in the editor. Select the fuse's electrical rating from the manufacturer's documentation for the intended circuit, since the library geometry alone does not establish that choice.
