Samtec's TSW-103-07-G-S uses that form, with three pins represented in its KiCad symbol and three pads in the HDR-TH_3P-P2.54-V-M footprint. Check the pin order against the mating connection when assigning nets, since the mechanical part of a header is only useful when its wiring matches.
