MDC02

Mysentech’s MDC02 is an eight-pin IC for sensing applications, supplied here as a part-specific KiCad entry. Its symbol has eight pins, while the SOP-8_L4.9-W3.9-P1.27-LS6.0-BL footprint provides eight surface-mount pads. The download also includes a 3D model for checking the package in the board layout. Keeping the MDC02 name with the symbol and footprint makes the intended component clear when reviewing a schematic or PCB. This conversion has been used by 1 ProtoFlow engineer in a real design.
