The downloadable KiCad set contains a 289-pin symbol, the 289-pad BGA-289_L14.0-W14.0-R17-C17-P0.80-TL footprint, and a 3D model. The footprint name records the array and pitch information needed to identify this particular BGA pattern; use it when reviewing placement and routing constraints.
