ADI's ADM2582EBRWZ is an isolated RS-485 transceiver for communication links that require an isolation barrier. In a schematic, it provides the interface between local logic and the RS-485 connection; on the board, this import uses a 20-pad surface-mount SOIC outline. The free KiCad files contain its 20-pin symbol, the SOIC-20_L13.0-W7.6-P1.27-LS10.3-BL footprint, and a 3D model. They were converted from a real ProtoFlow import and checked in the editor, and the conversion has been used by 1 ProtoFlow engineer in real designs. The device can be opened directly in ProtoFlow.
