An N-channel MOSFET such as Hottech's SI2302 serves as an electronic switching element in load-control and power-switching circuits. This version uses a surface-mount SOT-23-3 package, with three symbol pins and three footprint pads representing its circuit connections. For PCB integration, the free download supplies the schematic symbol, the SOT-23-3_L2.9-W1.3-P1.90-LS2.4-BR footprint, and a 3D model that lets the device be viewed alongside nearby components. Use of this conversion by 1 ProtoFlow engineer in real designs forms its verification history. The SI2302 library assets can also be opened directly in ProtoFlow.
