For a board-mounted switching control, the Bossie BX-DS1.27-3PTP comes with a six-pin schematic representation and a matching six-pad SMD land pattern. The downloadable KiCad footprint is SW-SMD_6P-P1.27_BX-DS1.27-3PTP; its name identifies a 1.27 mm pitch. A 3D model is also included so the switch can be viewed on the assembled board. Use the symbol when wiring the switch into a circuit and the footprint when placing it on the PCB. This converted library part has been used by 1 ProtoFlow engineer in a real design. It can be opened directly in ProtoFlow.
