For sensor buffering and general analog signal conditioning, the TI TLV6001IDBVR provides a single operational amplifier in a SOT-23-5 package. The TLV6001 family has rail-to-rail input and output behavior, useful when handling signals near the supply rails. Included KiCad assets are a five-pin symbol and the five-pad SOT-23-5_L3.0-W1.7-P0.95-LS2.8-BR footprint, plus a 3D model of the package. All are available as a free download.
