Its SOT-23-5 package keeps the device in a small surface-mount form, while the surrounding power circuit still needs to follow the regulator's application design. For library integration, the downloadable files provide a five-pin KiCad symbol, the SOT-23-5_L3.0-W1.7-P0.95-LS2.8-BR footprint with five pads, and a 3D model for board inspection. This conversion has been used by 2 ProtoFlow engineers in real designs. The regulator can be opened directly in ProtoFlow.
