Vishay's SI2323DS-T1-E3 brings a P-channel MOSFET into a small SOT-23-3 surface-mount package, useful for load switching and power-path control where board space matters. Gate, source, and drain form the device's three electrical connections; the surrounding circuit determines how it switches the load. For layout, use the supplied SOT-23-3_L2.9-W1.6-P1.90-LS2.8-BR footprint, which contains three pads. The free KiCad download also includes a three-pin schematic symbol and a 3D model. Conversion verification consisted of checking a real ProtoFlow import in the editor. This part is available to open directly in ProtoFlow for schematic and board work.
