Microchip's MCP6002-I/SN is a dual operational amplifier for analog signal-conditioning circuits. The SOIC-8 package makes it appropriate for a surface-mount design with two amplifier channels in one device. For this imported part, the downloadable KiCad files provide a five-pin symbol and the eight-pad SOIC-8_L4.9-W3.9-P1.27-LS6.0-BL footprint; a 3D model is included as well. Check the symbol's pin representation against the intended schematic connection when placing the two channels. The conversion has been used in real designs by 1 ProtoFlow engineer.
