Toshiba's 2SK2201 is a three-terminal MOSFET for switching circuits specified to use this part. The SMD package is represented by the TO-252-2_L6.6-W6.1-P4.57-LS9.9-BR-CW footprint; its pad arrangement matters when matching the schematic connections to the board.
