High-side switching is a common application for a P-channel MOSFET such as the DMG2301L-7 from Diodes. Its gate controls the conduction path between source and drain, making it useful in load-switch and power-control circuits. The SOT-23-3 surface-mount package is represented in the download by a three-pin symbol and the three-pad SOT-23-3_L2.9-W1.3-P1.90-LS2.4-BR footprint. A 3D model accompanies those KiCad assets.
