Designed for rechargeable battery systems, the TI BQ25895RTWR combines switching charge management with power-path control in a surface-mount IC. It is used in portable electronics that need coordinated input power, battery charging, and system supply management. The downloadable asset set contains a 25-pin schematic symbol and a 25-pad QFN-24_L4.0-W4.0-P0.50-TL-EP2.7 land pattern, including the exposed thermal pad represented by the additional connection. A corresponding 3D model is provided for visual assembly and clearance checks. Two ProtoFlow engineers have used this conversion in real designs, establishing hands-on validation beyond the initial import.
