XLSEMI’s XL1509-5.0E1 is a step-down switching regulator used to derive a lower supply rail efficiently in embedded electronics and general power-conversion circuits. The SOIC-8 format supports a conventional surface-mount layout with the surrounding inductor, diode, capacitors, and feedback components selected by the designer. Its KiCad package includes an 8-pin symbol, the SOIC-8_L5.0-W4.0-P1.27-LS6.0-BL footprint with 8 pads, and an included 3D model for board-level visualization.
