Its through-hole module format is relevant to embedded controllers and other equipment that integrates the power supply onto the PCB. A four-pin schematic symbol and the four-pad PWRM-TH_IRM-05-5 footprint are provided in the free verified KiCad download, together with a 3D model for reviewing the module's place in the assembly.
