TTP223-TD
by TDSEMIC(拓电半导体)
TTP223-TD is a TDSEMIC capacitive touch-sensing IC used to turn a PCB electrode into a touch-operated control. It fits button replacement, simple human-interface, and proximity-style input circuits without requiring a mechanical switch at the user surface. The downloadable library data pairs a six-pin symbol with the 6-pad SOT-23-6_L2.9-W1.6-P0.95-LS2.9-BL footprint. A 3D model is included, making it easier to inspect component orientation and board clearances alongside the rest of an assembly. This conversion has been used by 2 ProtoFlow engineers in real designs, providing direct evidence that the imported files have gone through practical use. TTP223-TD may also be opened directly in ProtoFlow for immediate circuit and layout work.
