Infineon’s IR2101STRPBF is a high-side and low-side gate-driver IC used to control power-switching stages such as MOSFET or IGBT half bridges. It provides the interface between low-power control logic and the switching devices in motor-control, inverter, and power-conversion circuits. The downloadable library includes an eight-pin schematic symbol, the eight-pad SOIC-8_L5.0-W4.0-P1.27-LS6.0-BL footprint, and a corresponding 3D model for PCB and enclosure checks. Two ProtoFlow engineers have used this conversion in real designs, validating it through actual schematic and layout workflows. The gate-driver files can be opened directly in ProtoFlow.
