PCA9685BS
The PCA9685BS provides PWM LED control through an I2C interface, allowing a controller to manage brightness without generating every PWM signal itself. It suits designs with multiple independently controlled LED outputs. For this library entry, the QFN-28 package has an exposed pad: the supplied symbol therefore contains 29 pins, and the QFN-28_L6.0-W6.0-P0.65-TL-EP4.1 footprint contains 29 pads. Both are included in the free KiCad download together with a 3D model. Practical use of the conversion is established by 2 ProtoFlow engineers using it in real designs. Open this driver directly in ProtoFlow to work with its schematic and layout files.
