MLX90614 is a non-contact infrared temperature sensor commonly selected when temperature must be measured without touching the target. Its metal-can format and four electrical connections make accurate package orientation important in both the schematic and PCB layout. This KiCad set provides a four-pin symbol together with the TO-39_4P-BD10.2-P2.54-PD0.5-TR footprint, which has four pads. The included 3D model adds a useful representation of the raised sensor package for enclosure and placement checks. The conversion has been exercised by 2 ProtoFlow engineers in real designs, verifying the imported result through actual use. These sensor resources can be opened directly in ProtoFlow.
