IRLML6402TRPBF is an Infineon P-channel MOSFET in a small SOT-23 package, used for load switching, reverse-polarity arrangements, and high-side control. Its three-terminal device structure makes it straightforward to incorporate into compact power-path and switching circuits, subject to the requirements of the surrounding design. The download contains a three-pin KiCad symbol, the three-pad SOT-23-3_L2.9-W1.6-P1.90-LS2.8-BR footprint, and a corresponding 3D model.
