BC547BTA
by onsemi(安森美)
The onsemi BC547BTA is a general-purpose NPN bipolar transistor for discrete switching and small-signal amplification. Engineers commonly place this device in control stages, bias networks, and low-power signal paths where a leaded transistor is appropriate. Its downloadable KiCad package includes a 3-pin transistor symbol and the three-pad TO-92-3_L4.8-W3.7-P2.54-L footprint, preserving the physical pin arrangement needed for layout. A 3D model is also supplied so the upright through-hole body can be reviewed alongside nearby parts and mechanical constraints. The conversion has been used by 2 ProtoFlow engineers in real designs, offering practical verification of the imported files. BC547BTA can be opened directly in ProtoFlow for immediate design use.
