BX-TYPE-A-MWC4P is Bossie’s through-hole USB Type-A receptacle, used to place a conventional USB port on a PCB. This conversion has been used in real designs by 2 ProtoFlow engineers, verifying it through practical project work. The six-terminal library representation keeps the connector’s electrical and mounting connections together, while the through-hole format provides a mechanically anchored board interface. Included are a 6-pin KiCad symbol and the 6-pad USB-A-TH_UB20A2-04R068-WPP-DF footprint; this record does not include a 3D model. The BX-TYPE-A-MWC4P files can be opened directly in ProtoFlow for schematic capture and board layout.
