CM4102008
by Raspberry Pi(树莓派)
Raspberry Pi CM4102008 is a Compute Module 4 Rev5 intended for embedded systems built around a custom carrier board. Its high-density interface exposes the module connections needed to integrate processing, storage, networking, and application-specific peripherals at the board level. The downloadable KiCad package contains a 200-pin symbol, the mixed-mount COMM-SMD_L55.0-W40.0_CM4101000 footprint with 204 pads, and a matching 3D model for assembly visualization. This conversion has been used by 2 ProtoFlow engineers in real designs, confirming it through practical placement and schematic work. The complete module library can be opened directly in ProtoFlow.
