A detachable wire-to-board connection is the intended use for the JST S2B-XH-A-1, a two-contact header from the XH connector family. Its through-hole construction suits PCB assemblies that bring a cable connection onto the board. Connector placement affects cable access as well as routing, so the included 3D model is useful alongside the electrical files. The KiCad package contains a two-pin symbol and the CONN-TH_S2B-XH-A-1-LF-SN footprint with two pads.
